Andrea Orellana serves as the Program Assistant at the Partnership for Central America. Prior to her current position, she excelled as a Business Analyst for two prominent national companies. In these roles, she adeptly managed analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and facilitating effective communication among diverse stakeholders. 

Andrea also led a team for a Telecommunications company, demonstrating her leadership skills and operational acumen. She was responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing process improvements that boosted team performance and efficiency.

Andrea is committed to continuous professional development. She is currently pursuing a full-time degree in Social Communication.
