Ann Marie Brouillette is the Director of Programs at the Partnership for Central America. Before joining PCA, Ann Marie was a Senior Advisor at USAID, where she led a team to develop a COVID analytics platform, provided strategic planning support for the COVID response, and oversaw USAID's grants to a portfolio of innovators. Prior to this, she was a manager in the Social Sector practice of McKinsey and Company, where she led strategic planning and implementation efforts for numerous leading donors and NGOs. Ann Marie holds an MBA and a B.A., both from Harvard University.
