Ann Marie Brouillette serves as the Interim Executive Director of the Partnership for Central America. Ann Marie has been part of the PCA leadership team since 2021, most recently serving as Vice President of Programs. Ann Marie spearheaded the Partnership's work on investment facilitation and promotion, supply chain integration, and metrics, and she manages PCA's full programmatic portfolio.
Ann Marie began her career on Wall Street at Credit Suisse, and she has served in roles across the private, public and social sectors. From 2015 to 2019, Ann Marie was a manager at McKinsey and Company, where she led strategic planning and implementation efforts for donors, implementers, and companies. Ann Marie served as a Senior Advisor at USAID from 2019-2021, where she managed data analytics for USAID's COVID response and oversaw grants to a portfolio of innovators.
Ann Marie holds an MBA and a B.A. cum laude in economics, both from Harvard University. She is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
