Emily Myers serves as the Vice President of Operations and Strategic Partnerships for the Partnership for Central America. Before joining PCA, she was the Chief Executive Officer for Champions in Action, where she served as the strategic lead for this U. S. based nonprofit focused on empowering at-risk youth in the Northern Triangle region. During this time, she ushered the organization through extensive growth and regional expansion, established and optimized best practices to support the broader mission of the organization, while also serving as the primary liaison to the global, U.S.- based and Guatemala board of directors. Previously, she served as the Chief Operations Officer for the same organization, living in Guatemala for nine years. Prior to entering the nonprofit sector, Emily specialized in health, education, labor, pension and transportation policy within the U.S. Senate. She has a B.S. from the University of Kentucky and an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University.
