Guillaume Le Cunff is currently Chief Executive Officer for Nestlé Nespresso S.A., the worldwide pioneer, and reference in premium-portioned coffee. During his nearly five-year tenure in the USA as President and CEO of Nespresso USA, Mr. Le Cunff and his team have transformed the Nespresso business from a niche brand to the recognized ultimate brand for coffee connoisseurs. He led the successful launch of the Vertuo system, the bold move into eCommerce and the Out of Home business, and a breakthrough brand and communication strategy, driving double-digit growth. A champion of sustainability, customer-centricity, innovative growth strategies, and global talent development, Mr. Le Cunff has been a member of the Nespresso Sustainability Advisory Board since its inception in 2013 and the Nespresso Leadership Team since 2007. Outside of his roles at Nespresso USA, Mr. Le Cunff is a member of the Advisory Board for New York University Stern Center for Sustainable Business. Earlier in his career, Le Cunff spent seven years in Switzerland as Chief Marketing Officer for Nestlé Nespresso S.A. In this position, he oversaw the sustainability efforts of the company, working to ensure the company operates in a way that seeks to improve its environmental performance and to positively impact stakeholders throughout its value chain. His other roles at Nestlé have included Financial Controller for Perrier BU and Audit Manager for Nestlé Waters. Mr. Le Cunff has held roles as an auditor at Mazars and began his career in Romania working in the private equity industry. A French native, he earned his bachelor’s degree at the Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Commercials d’Angers and his MBA in Business and Management from the HEC School of Management in France.

Mr. Le Cunff is a member of the Partnership for Central America’s Executive Advisory Board.
